We fell in love with this place, its sunsets and the paths that lead from the hills to the beaches.
With our path, we want to show our love for this land.
Our desire is to create a place that speaks of our love, of the authenticity and uniqueness found when different horizons come together, when time stands still and you know you can breathe, enjoy and live again.
We too are the union of different worlds, we have different stories that have found peace between this sea and these hills.
We are a group of smiling young people, we want you to feel free to come to this place as you wish.

Stefano Bizzarri, the restaurant manager, an economics graduate from Bocconi University, travels the world working in restaurants while studying botany. He is a lover of the sea and waves, he represents the concrete and ethical side of the project. His girlfriend Allegra Tirotti Romanoff, a graduate of Marangoni University, worked for four years as a fashion designer at Etro, always a duality of different realities. Passionate about harmonies between diversities, colours and materials, dedicated to taste and a lover of good food, she took care of the design of the restaurant, representing the creative part of the project.

The desire to create a place that would speak of their love, of the authenticity and uniqueness found when different horizons come together, when time stands still and one breathes tranquillity, made Allegra and Stefano conceive a space where guests would feel welcome in their home.

And because things when they have to happen become fluid, their vision is completed by the encounter with Davide di Fabio, who after sixteen years at the Osteria Francescana, takes the helm of the kitchen at Dalla Gioconda.

In his life he has travelled to some of the most interesting countries in the world. A lover of dishes with a real and direct flavour but with deep roots in imagery, pop and colours, he is a music lover and plays DJ.

These three persons immediately shared every idea about cuisine, space, time and sustainability.

A group of young and determined young people completes the team with the dream of making the restaurant and the coastline shine.
